「Excepto que la sábana estaba un poco sucia, todo lo demás estaba bien. Me encontré con una habitación con un inodoro con mal olor y la recepción rápidamente me ayudó a cambiar de habitación.」

「Rooms are clean, comfortable and with a great view. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Having mall access through elevator is a plus. Access is complicated however...Uber drivers dont want to pick up from entrance. There is a 2 car drop off, but usually occupied by taxi cabs. Garage entrance is through different street with heavy traffic...the whole setup is a bit confusing at first, but a minor issue in comparison to all the pluses.」

「Great hotel in a beautiful part of Santiago. Hotel is very clean and modern with spacious rooms and an excellent rooftop pool with views of mountains and the city. Staff were very helpful and stored our bags securely for us. Good breakfast.」

「This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the elevator in the hotel is the big problem - when you use the elevator, you need to contact with the room key but it's always not work. 「This hotel provided an incredible stay in Santiago. The room was spacious, yet cozy. The shared spaces, including the pool, were clean and never too busy. The breakfast really stood out with so many options to eat and drink. Highly recommend!」

「Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience 」
