「服务很差，电脑系统很烂」

「Lovely old hotel that's been updated well. Loved that it had "water stations" on each floor for you to fill up your water bottle every day. 「Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Convenient location.」

「The location is very convenient near The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of 16th Street. The rooms are clean, and the air conditioning works well. The hotel was quiet during our stay, even on the 8th floor. Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was also very good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the convenient location and comfortable accommodations」

「What an amazing stay. The hotel itself sits inside union station. So the lobby is small, but there’s restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlor all in one spot. Also walking distance to all kinds of things Denver. Staff are amazing. We loved it」

「Perfect hotel」

「Very easy to check in, park car, and start enjoying our trip. Within walking distance to downtown, lots of restaurants, and the Ball arena. We are so glad we found this property for our trip to Denver.」

「Most of the hotel services are fine, except waiting long for check in information after paying the deposit (for more than 2 hours). In addition, hope can have more frequent room services.」

「The escalators have frequently been out of order. The buttons in the lift lobby on my floor are not working. In addition, staff attitude has been inconsistent, and some staff members have not appeared professional.」

「Perfect hotel with large and good rooms.」
