Situated in a beautiful valley and easy accessible. Very friendly staff and reception. Restaurant was great and food really good. Spacious comfortable rooms. Will definitely use again on my next trip.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! From the moment I arrived, the ladies at the reception were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional ,they truly set the tone for a great experience. The room was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. I was especially impressed by how clean everything was, and the quiet atmosphere made it perfect for rest and relaxation. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended

The room was so big and clean. Breakfast was the best. Had struggles getting an iron for my morning outfits which was quite annoying. Otherwise excellent services.

Disappointing

The room (141 in the new part) was bleak and strangely designed, feeling cold and prison-like. We don't think you should have opened it when the courtyard was not yet finished (artificial grass and no garden). The old pool area was OK but there were no tables and chairs there.

We were disturbed in the night by the security man who decided to let two women who had swam in the pool until midnight and opened the doors for them and closing the doors with a chain which was extremely noisy and also his radio was on and he was talking into it loudly not far from our room. When we went for breakfast we were told we could it take an apple even though we paid for it and had to return it in front of other guests. I questioned this with the lady on the desk and told her a local had taken fruit out and why we were not allowed. Her answer was not convincing and we were very disappointed.

Vi ble gledelig overrasket da vi ikke hadde de høyeste forventningene på forhånd ettersom dette er et hotell m casino/bar og konferansesenter, som ligger ved en travel vei og shoppingsenter. Men rommet lå stille og rolig til med uteplass ut mot et hageområde. Twinsengene var store og gode. Selv om rommet var litt slitent var det helt ok. God frokost servert av hyggelige folk i restaurant ved svømmebassenget var en fin start på dagene. Og Gables rett over veien ga tilbud om flere spisesteder og dagligvarer. Ezulwinidalen er vakker og kan anbefales.

買い物と移動にとっても便利

近くにショッピングモールがあり、買い物には不自由しませんでした。また、ミニバスの乗り場が近く、温泉、国立博物館、ムババネ市内に行くに便利でした。朝食のメニューも豊富です。寝間着や簡易スリッパはありません。シャワーの湯の温度や勢いは、時間帯によっては日本のよりもやや不安定に感じました。
