The apartment is on the 7th floor of the Vivian Residence with an exceptional location. In addition to the fact that it enjoys a breathtaking view of the Lake Maggiore up to the entire floor of Magadino.

Residence built with high quality and natural materials like granite marble
ABOUT
The apartment has a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. There is also a closet inside the apartment with a washing machine.
TV, Wi-Fi and parking in the garage is included.
OFFICE
The Velker Office is located on the ground floor of the Residence and during the day there will always be someone available (Sunday closed)
THE DISTRICT
it is just a few minutes walk from the best centers and major attractions of the place.
For example: the Old Town, hospital, port, Casino Grande, Lido di Locarno, tennis, golf, restaurants, markets and supermarkets, Cardada and Madonna del Sasso, woods, bike paths, beaches, ...
The SBB Railways can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The apartment is directly on the lake and in a central position. Ascona / Losone / Tenero reachable by car in a few minutes or even easily reachable by bus, the bus stop is only 2 minutes away on foot.

Nice and Beautiful
We found the property easily and the check-in/out went very smoothly. The apartment was cosy and well equipped, nothing was missing. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful at any time of day and we always had breakfast outside

Perfect stay in Locarno
Terrific location, superb apartment, very modern, clean and with unreal views of the lake and mountains.

Wow! What a view!
The penthouse terrace makes this place. The view is stunning, Lago Maggiore simply beautiful. We had a great time at Residenza Vivian. Locarno Center was just a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything needed and communication with the host was seamless. We really enjoyed our time. Thank you.

Amazing apartment in fab location
One of the nicest apartments I've ever stayed in. The view of the lake was amazing. So clean, great mod cons, lovely beds. My teens thought it was great too and liked the big TV! Only a short walk from the centre of Locarno and the lido. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, it is luxury! Oh and very quiet despite being on road! Very helpful staff member in reception too. Thank you so much!

Leider hat das Wetter nicht so mit gespielt. Aber es war trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt in Locarno bei moon and stars . Perfekte Lage. In der Nacht etwas laut furch Autos und feiernde Personen. War uns jedoch bewusst, wegen der zentralen Lage .

Einfach Spitze
Es hat uns in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt. Die grosse Terrasse mit der Aussicht auf den See und die Stadt war fantastisch. Wir waren in 5 Minuten im Zentrum von Locarno. Einfach super!

Attraktive Stadtwohnung
Sehr schöne komfortable Wohnung. Jedoch an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse, so dass man den Strassenlärm auf dem Balkon im 7. Stock als störend empfinden kann.
