“The moment I arrived at the site, even though it was dark and drizzling at 10 pm, I knew it was special. The frogs were singing and it was so beautiful. Larry brought me to the site even though it was so late. In the morning, I could not believe my eyes at the sun coming over the incredibly blue lake. I thought the blue was maybe a chemical, but Amber told me it is from limestone! Everything was perfect - the cabin was comfortable and cute and clean, the site was immaculate. “Cute for 2 people, but if you have trouble with steps look for a different location. Bed in main bedroom was VERY tall off the ground and hard to get into for a 5 foot tall woman. Clean property, but although sleeps 6 is stated in rental, it was comfortable for myself and my friend on our girls weekend. Give local restaurant Black Bear Tavern a 5 star rating also. EXCELLENT service, selection, food was amazing and entertainment was spot on for what we were looking for. Location nearby……

“The location cannot be beat—lakefront, quiet neighborhood with sandy entrance to the lake. Our kids and dog loved the easy lake access, and we rebted and launched kayaks from the Acquatic Center. The hot tub and sun porch were amazing relaxation areas, and the whole family enjoyed playing Wii sports. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was a great gas grill outside. We made most meals at home and enjoyed a bonfire each night. Weather was perfect and we opened windows and kept fans running. I……

“The place is pretty nice. Just perfect for us. Other than some very minor issues such as dated appliances, the place was very well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. The host is always there to answer our questions. Definitely a great place to stay.”

“The property was not cleaned when we checked in. But the cleaning staff was there within 30 minutes and did a very thorough job. There were cobwebs outside and the rain gutters were clogged (and still are). Windows were dirty (and still are). The traffic noise made it hard to sleep. Part of the baseboard are missing in the bathroom upstairs and there is pink mold growing in the bathtub area. The fire pit could not be lit. There are 2 dirty, rusty lounge chairs by the propane tank on the patio.……

“Beautiful property inside and out, clean and well maintained, stocked up kitchen, lots of extra amenities, in a calm neighborhood, and just a short 10-15 minute drive to activities. The indoor pool was a huge bonus. Matti, the manager was very nice and accommodating. Definitely plan to come back. Thank you Matti!”

“Property was nice. Hot tub was amazing. Didn't find the keys at first for the hot tub. Called the property management company and they never followed up but we ended up finding them on the fridge. When we arrived the emails and texts didn't list the door access so we had to call about that. Otherwise very nice and more affordable on fees than other places I looked at. There were dishes left in the dishwasher that weren't precleaned properly but we only stayed for 2 nights so I just hand washed……

“I would rent this property again. The location was great—-the lake/beach is such an easy walk. The kitchen had a surprisingly large amount of cookware for a rental, really everything I needed for family meal prep. The hot tub was clean and ready. Also appreciated the pet items (bowls, large crate, treats). Even though this was a pet friendly property, it did not smell and there was no pet hair to be found. Lots of spare linens and pillows so everyone was comfortable. Child gates large enough……
