「The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. 「Very unique experience! It felt as though we had stepped back in time. You truly feel like you are living in a 16th century manor complete with interesting antiques. The pool is well maintained and the kids had a great time exploring the grounds and surrounding gardens and storage/cave areas that are part of the structure. 」
