Très bien passé, situation dans une commune calme , avec très bons restaurants ! Heureusement car on a eu un pb électrique du à la pompe de relevage ( donc pas de prise de courant le premier soir, pas de frigo… !) mais l agence a été très réactive! L île est magnifique et le soleil était au rendez-vous, pour de très belles randonnées…

Maison bien mais mal gérée

La maison est agréable et bien placée. Bien aménagée et proportionnée. En revanche, l’agence qui s’occupe de la gérance ne peut donner aucune information autre que ce qui est mentionné dans l’annonce ( taille des couettes, cafetière, etc) car ils ont trop de biens à gérer … donc on vous vous dit de vous débrouiller. Par ailleurs, procédure d’entrée dans les lieux hyper succincte ( que du déclaratif ). Pas d’état des lieux de sortie. Résultat : la maison n’est pas entretenue : plusieurs sommiers inutilisables car lattes cassées, alèses franchement sales, bondés des baignoires cassées, clef tordue, etc… dommage pour les propriétaires et les locataires que la maison ne soit pas plus suivie car elle est franchement dégradée.
