“The whole property was immaculately presented. The rooms were clean and so were the common areas. The lady that looked after the breakfast and rooms was so helpful and accommodating, as was the lady that checked us in. We spent a wonderful three nights there, the villa is also a few streets away from the old town. I’d highly recommend Villa Aurelia to anyone intending to visit Locorotondo.”

“Beautiful resort”

“The overall experience was such a memorable one from the minute you drive onto the property. Being greated by the owner and offering to help unloading your bags. Because you are in the country it is so quite and many areas to sit and take it all in. The traditional Italian breakfast is over the top delicious and Martino's coffee skills will keep you asking for more... I have to remark on the very short drive into Locorotando there is a point from the rockwall lined country road that the city is……

“It was very comfortable to stay there in the room. I enjoyed staying in the commune of Locolotondo. Just it was very hard to find my room once I go out, because the town was like a maze, and the hotel rooms were scattered all over that town and the entrance looked almost same. Also it was very hard to find the breakfast room, since it was far from my room and the way to that room was again, like a maze. Other than that, it was a very nice placeto stay. But if you expect a regular hotel like……

“Beautiful property in a very central location. Vitoria was so friendly and a huge help with directions and great recommendations for places to eat. She made our stay amazing! Thank you”

“Et virkelig dejligt roligt sted, og man sover fantastisk i en Trulli”

“Great stay, it was only one night, but we hope to be back for sure.”

“Beautiful Trulli residence. Anna and Danielo were extremely lovely hosts. We loved our swim in the pool and the breakfast. We would love to stay again.”

“Véritable trulli vieux de 350 ans très bien remis au goût du jour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l'hôte qui nous a présenté la propriété et proposé une boisson de bienvenu. Le trullo est un véritable petit cocon très cosy et bien équipé. Le petit-déjeuner, fait à la commande, est un véritable délice composé de produits frais et très bien cuisiné. Au final, une très belle parenthèse dans ce coin charmant des pouilles.”

“Truly a unique hotel experience. Facilities, service and general atmosphere were superb. All of the food served was either from the resort’s garden or nearby farms. The pool proved to be the perfect place to be in the hot July weather. Would recommend spending a night or to here, and take a trip to Locorotondo, especially for couples”

“A beautiful stay in the middle of the city of Martina Franca... Sará the host was so incredibly attentive... working with us to grab our bags, get us into parking, bring us breakfast, help in all ways. The cleaning was so impeccable every day and I felt the true care and attention to the space. The room was a cozy cave that offered a beautiful central location next to the plaza and gorgeous churches. We loved it! Highly recommend.”

“Attention de prendre le bon chemin pour s’y rendre. Hôtel qui a déjà connu ses beaux jours . Reçu plusieurs messages avant d’arriver ce que je trouve déplorable quand on est en vacances, ils auraient pu le faire au moment de la réservation. Devrait indiquer sur le site quand (date) ferme le restaurant en période calme. Nourriture du déjeuner correcte sans plus. Café imbuvable. Spa à éviter.”

“Great location if you have a car, just few minutes from the city. Leave the hotel and turn right drive 1km and you’ll find a public parking to explore the city, near the parking there’s a great bakery called adua. Easy to travel to other cities like Locorotondo, Alberobello and Cisternino.”

“Posizione centrale. Parcheggio comodo”

“The room can improve with better decoration. However it is very clean and specious. The swimming pool was nice and clean. ”

“Personnel serviable, cadre charmant, petit déjeuner de qualité et bon emplacement pour visiter la région”
