“Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold.”

“Das Haus ist für 6 Personen ausgeschrieben. Wir waren zu viert. Ich wollte ein 2. Kopfkissen - war nicht möglich! Die Sauberkeit der Küche unzureichend. Auch nicht genug Besteck, wenn es 6 Personen wären. Mischbatterien in Bad und Dusche altertümlich, kaum Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Ein Fenster in einem Schlafzimmer konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Unzureichende Beschreibung des Ortes. Restaurant war nicht geöffnet, Kaufhaus hat seltsame Öffnungszeiten - so, dass man nichts planen konnte. Eingang……

“Swimming in your backyard, golfcourse in the complex. Restaurants in the village 1km walking. Nice area to go walking thru the vineyards. ”

“Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und ist modern ausgestattet. Die Küche könnte jedoch etwas größer sein. Wir hatten für 4 Wochen gebucht und auf Anfrage vor der Buchung wurde von der Vermietungsagentur bestätigt, dass eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner im Golf-Klubhaus zur Verfügung steht. Dies war vor Ort aber doch nicht der Fall. Zum Glück haben wir Verwandte im benachbarten Ort, wo wir die Möglichkeit hatten, die Wäsche zu waschen. Da das Apartment professionell vermietet wird ist es eher……

“We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. The apartment had everything necessary for a nice weekend away with its well-thought out layout and decorations and various amenities. It was just a short walk to the spa and wellness center and situated with a beautiful view of the golf course grounds. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely love to return in the future.”

“Das Haus ist mit einem Gang (etwas gruselig, weil nicht mehr ganz neu) direkt mit der Therme verbunden. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut! Eine Buschenschank ist zu Fuß auch leicht erreichbar. Wir hatten einen netten Aufenthalt.”

“Az apartmanra ráférne egy felújítás. A nappali kanapéja foltos volt, a fürdőben nem égett a mosdó feletti lámpa. A víz kifolyt a zuhanynál, áztatta a mosdószekrényt. És nagyon hideg is volt, fűteni nem tudtunk. A klíma hangos és koszos, kellemetlen szagú volt...meleg nem jött belőle. Ezektől eltekintve a szobák tágasak voltak.”

“The lighting concept is weird. Corridors, rooms and the swimming hall are rather dark in the evenings. It is for example impossible to read while resting by the pools. ”
