The property is located a few steps from the heart of Lodz - Manufaktura, which is a major meeting place, cultural center, a complex of great restaurants and stores, and above all, it is a revitalized monument of Lodz's industrial architecture. The vast space of Manufaktura is also a well-designed market square with charming cafes, entertainment events, or places to relax among impressive cascades with fountains. Just 3 km from the property is Piotrkowska Street, surrounded by historic tenement houses with rich decorations - another important place on the city map. It is one of the longest shopping streets in Europe! While in Lodz - the capital of Polish film, it is worth going to the Museum of Cinematography (4.5 km) or to Targowa Street to the Film School (4.8 km), where the best filmmakers in the country studied.
