Kochanowskiego Parkside Apartment is located in a convenient area of Łódź, surrounded by numerous green spaces, service points, and cultural attractions. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you will find Adam Mickiewicz Park, perfect for relaxation and leisurely walks. A bit further lies Park na Zdrowiu – one of the largest parks in the city, offering walking paths, cycling routes, and various family-friendly attractions. The neighborhood also offers grocery stores, bakeries, dining spots, and restaurants serving both Polish and international cuisine.

Reaching the city center, including the Market Square, takes about 10 minutes by car or public transport. The Market Square offers a wide range of leisure opportunities – from exploring historic landmarks and museums to shopping in boutique stores and enjoying coffee or dinner in one of the many cafes and restaurants. Public transport stops are located nearby, ensuring quick connections to different parts of Łódź. Łódź Kaliska Railway Station is about a 10-minute drive from the apartment.

Kochanowskiego Parkside Apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a sofa bed and a wardrobe, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony, which serves as an additional space with a view of the surroundings. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a refrigerator with a freezer, a gas stove, an oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, an iron, and a hair dryer. Guests also have access to parking, although a free space is not guaranteed.

At the beginning of the stay, a set of basic toiletries such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel is provided.
