「The property was very clean, good size for our group, excellent location. Check-in and communication was fantastic.」

「The duplex was very clean. It was in the perfect location for visiting WKU.」

「This unit had very comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding. Appreciated the chairs in each bedroom. The bathroom had two sinks with little added ammenities which was nice. Kitchen was well stocked too. Communication with the host was excellent. Host provided brochures, and recommendations for restaurants in the unit. Unit nicely decorated. A little desk in the living area was helpful. Nice unit was on first floor but this building has many units so keep that in mind.」

「Excellent little property and super convenient to APSU.」

「The good:The washer and dryer worked wellFull size fridge and stoveOne and a half bathroomsThe host responded fairly quickly to messagesThe bad:Very uncleanUnusable back patio due to trash and bird excrementVery slow drain in main bathroom sinkThe responses from the host to messages produced no results」

「Everything was fantastic I left my big spoon with the hole I brought down spaghetti everything was clean kitchen and bathroom amazing shower oh the bed slept good I told my husband we need this king bed the other room did not touch it was beautiful also thank so much for having us until next time!」

「The condo was nice and clean with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The location was great close to restaurants and shopping.」

「Outstanding property! Extremely clean, great accommodations! 5 Star all the way! We will be staying again!」

「I booked this VRBO and immediately messaged the host. I received no communication. The next day I again messaged him/her and received no communication whatsoever. I contacted customer service at VRBO who attempted to call the host and got voicemail on 3 different occasions throughout the day. Needless to say, I had to find a hotel at last minute at a ridiculous last minute price. This is terrible customer service from this host and the host should be banned from VRBO. This is at least the 4th...

「Everything was perfect!!」

「Julian was a great host, sincerely accommodating and attentive whenever we reached out. We appreciated that the bed had a memory foam topper making it comfortable for a 5 night stay. The kitchen had what you need and we found the spice rack an added bonus for cooking. Great water pressure and all appliances worked well.」

「The property was perfect for our holiday vacation.」

「The property was pretty clean, could clean or replace area rugs. The location was very convienet walking distance to university!! A very peaceful place to stay! Enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend to friends!!」

「Clean Room. Good location. 」

「Just as advertised. 」

「Horrible stay, we were given 3 towels and told we would have a washer and dryer to use but it didn't work. Host never fixed it during our stay or provide more towels for us. Horrible experience. 」

「Location was great for what we needed for proximity. Yet kind of a sketchy neighborhood. The mouldings, cobwebs, and stains were unacceptable. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time The coffee pot was covered in long white cat hair and the closet it came out of has many types of hair in it. The bed was super comfortable. Just clean it and caulk up the mouldings. Way overpriced for the condition it was in.」
