住宿简介

Close to Shakes with Amazing Views of the Lake!

  • Myrtle's Beach House is the perfect house in the perfect location! There are stunning views of the lake from the large deck and from every floor of the house. Located just a block off the walking trail, you can walk to the beach, or downtown to get a raspberry shake. Walk down the trail to the public beach off the city park, or the beach off the marina. Easy access to Rendezvous Beach and North Beach.

This house is perfectly set up for a large group. There are 7 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms AND a loft room with 8 beds and lots of room to play. Two family rooms and a kitchenette in the basement gives you plenty of room to hang out.
The kitchen table seats 8, plus 4 at the bar. Three picnic tables on the deck seat an additional 24.

The yard is a full 1/2 acre, with tons to do! Play a game of volleyball on the professional net, play on the play structure, enjoy the hot tub or make some s'mores around the large gas fire pit (seats 16). This is one of the nicest, largest yards in Garden City - so much outdoor fun!

There are 4 beach cruisers, two kayaks and two paddle boards in the garage which guests are welcome to use. When you're ready to go inside there is a speaker system, just plug in your iPod and enjoy! Free super fast WiFi, TVs in both family rooms, the master bedroom and basement bedroom. A tankless hot water heater means you don't have to rush back from the lake to get a hot shower!

We have been renting homes in Garden City for our family of 31 for years and we finally bought the house that we would want to rent! We know you will love it as much as we do.

Sleeps 32 (Maximum Occupancy is 39)
    1 King Bed (2)
    7 Queen Beds (14)
    1 Double (2)
    12 Twins (12)
    Couch Bed (2)

(Please note that there are three cameras on the property, one facing the street, one facing the backyard and one facing the hot tub)

The property was wonderful! The house was tidy, spacious, and the prefect space for our family reunion. It is close to the beach and easy to access. We missed the swings on the back porch that are in the photos, but this is a spot we would love to go to again.

We loved staying here for our large family gathering. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of rooms and space for everyone to spread out. We loved the large tables on the deck for playing games and eating dinner together. The kids loved the playground area and running around the large yard. Great home and close to everything. Dana was great at communicating things to us also.

Fun Family Getaway

We enjoyed gathering our children and grandchildren and having enough space and bedding for all of us to stay at this house. It was clean, comfortable, and close to town and the marina. Our family really enjoyed the fun backyard with all the activities it offered, and the fire pit was enjoyed as well! Great hosts answered all of our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Reunion

The property offered a great location, close to beaches and restaurants. Rendezvous Beach was the family favorite just 12 minute drive from the house. Best part was a large deck, patio, and yard that kept the young ones outside and having old fashion fun instead of in the house watching TV and playing video games. Even the parents put their phones down for long periods of time. Great time!

BEST large group VRBO in Garden City

This home is the PERFECT location for a large family gathering at Bear Lake. The house was very comfortable and clean and has plenty of room. Plus they have sporting equipment (kayaks, bicycles, badminton court and rackets. We enjoyed the outdoor fire-it for evening relaxing and the kids made s'mores. The owner, Dana, was communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a family reunion. The house was lovely. The kitchen well stocked, the outside playground, lawn, and fire pit were really nice. We had 31 in our group and it met our needs. One downside, the loft gets hot.

There were 26 in our party. Half kids. Plenty of room and beds. We were 5 minutes from the city park that had a boardwalk to the beach. We made good use of the kyaks and paddle boards, which were in good shape. 5 minutes in the other direction was pickleville playhouse. We bought tickets well in advance and enjoyed the show. 40 minute drive from Minetonka cave. There's a very good grocery store, Mike's, just north of the 89 junction.I was surprised but the big hit with the kids was the badminton net and rackets.Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. Plenty of eating utensils. There was plenty of fridge/freezer space. There was also a large pantry for nonperishable food.Be advised that if you use the grill or the outdoor propane fireplace, you are expected to refill the propane tanks at your cost before you leave - kinda disappointing. We have pioneer family heritage and enjoyed visiting the Paris and St. Charles cemeteries as well as the new lds temple in Montpelier. We had a great time.

Our family (ages 3 to 84!) had a wonderful stay at Myrtle's Beach House. Finding a home that comfortably accommodates a large group isn't easy, but this one was perfect. Everyone had room to spread out, yet there were great spaces to gather for cards, board games, movies, meals, and conversation. The location was wonderful. Even in a neighborhood, it felt secluded, and the lake views from the deck were beautiful. Morning coffee overlooking the water instantly became a favorite. One standout was the kitchen. Everything was labeled! It may seem like a small detail, but with a large family cooking together, it made meal prep and cleanup nearly effortless. The large kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, and pantry space. The double oven was also convenient! The big yard gave the kids room to play while the adults relaxed nearby. We made great use of the hot tub, volleyball net, kayaks, and paddle boards. This home is well designed for large groups. The roomy bedrooms, loft, and multiple family rooms gave everyone a comfortable place to sleep as well as gather. We especially loved the pull-out trundle beds. They gave space for the younger cousins to have their own "sleepovers" while still having beds of their own.Instructions for check-in & out were clear and easy. After renting places for our annual family vacation the last few years, this one is at the top of our list. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home; we would love to stay here again!
