Great accommodations in a perfect location
My husband, along with my daughter and her 5 kids had a wonderful stay. I've been going to Bear Lake for over 50 years. This is perfect location and the accommodations were fabulous. The host was very quick to respond to a few needs we had. I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect for families with young kids
We wanted a weekend getaway and it's hard to find a good spot when there are 2 families and 4 kids under 4 but this was the perfect location and layout for such a situation.

Great location - close to everything in Garden City
The place was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and a great location for getting around Garden City. There's a field to the north of the condo that has plenty of room for parking boats/trailers. The only issue we encountered was that as of Sep 2022 the mattress in the bunk room was a bit tired. Worn out mattresses tend to be common in vacation rentals so it doesn't hurt the overall rating in my mind. Just fyi. But this was perfect for a family...a room for the parents and a bunk room for the kids. Highly recommend...

Nice clean family-friendly condo close to everything
Our family loved it here. Very clean and cozy with a fully stocked kitchen. Kids loved the bunk beds. Walking distance to the main area in town and close to the lake. Overflow parking for boats/trailers was great. Easy check in and access. Would definitely stay here again.
