“I actually loved the location and that it was in the middle of a hospital center. It made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The breakfast is great and there’s also a really nice attendant that takes care of things and is there if you need any help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. But, my favorite part about the whole place is Ashley! She works the front desk and is amazing. She really gave me the best impression on the place and anytime I come back through this……

“We asked for a room off of the Main Street to keep the noise levels down and it was better but still a good bit of street noise. Hotel is nice and Bernie’s is excellent. Ten is supposed to be an upscale dining experience however the furniture is very very outdated and uncomfortable.”

“We did not use any amenities. The front desk staff was polite, and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Wonderful location to get around Billings. It helps that the property is new. There was no complimentary breakfast nor swimming pool.”
