「Not Impressed at all!! I booked a Riverview room and got a concrete vacant area view instead plus our allotted carpark was very tight between two columns. We could’ve been given a bigger carpark since no one seemed to be using them during our stay. Even though the room looked new it wasn’t maintained very well, there was filthy grout in the shower, long black hairs left in the bathroom, not much toilet paper for two nights and poor quality paper provided. 「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」
