The Space:
This stylishly furnished tiny house features two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) as well as an open-concept living area with an integrated kitchen. A cozy sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, induction stove, coffee maker, and even an air fryer.
Underfloor heating throughout the house and air conditioning ensure comfortable living all year round. Blackout blinds, insect screens, and allergy-friendly amenities make your stay especially pleasant. The bathroom is functional and modern, and includes a hair dryer, among other amenities.
The adjoining patio with an electric grill is perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together outdoors.
Guest Access:
Access is via a staircase. There is 1 parking space right next to the house, which can be used free of charge. Bicycles can be parked at the house; a charging station for e-bikes is available.
There are two bicycles (1 women's bike and 1 men's bike) on site.
Additional amenities at the campground, such as a sauna (for a fee), boat rentals, or a bread roll delivery service, are available on-site.
The quiet hours on the grounds (during these times, vehicles are not permitted on the grounds, and the gate will not open) are:
10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
The Neighborhood:
The accommodation is located on a well-maintained campground in a quiet, rural setting, just about 100 meters from Lake Garder. The region offers unspoiled nature with numerous lakes, biking and hiking trails, as well as a wide range of recreational activities such as fishing, horseback riding, and water sports.
Attractions such as the Ganschow Stud Farm, the Barlach town of Güstrow, and the Baltic Sea (about 1 hour away) provide plenty of variety. A small kiosk and other amenities are located right on the campground.
Getting Around:
The surrounding area is ideal for exploring by bike or car. Bike paths lead directly from the campground through the charming lake landscape. Shopping, recreational activities, and attractions are all within easy reach. Free parking is available right at the campground.
