“Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs und haben von diesem Standort aus viele Radtouren zu verschiedenen Schlössern unternommen. Wir waren mit Rennrädern dort und die Straßen und Radwege waren dafür insgesamt sehr gut befahrbar. Dafür war die Wohnung perfekt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

“This is a gorgeous little home, in the beautiful countryside of Sologne. It seems to be in the middle of nowhere, but is still close to a couple of little towns if you need groceries. The field behind is populated by deer, boar and foxes and we had regular visits from a heron. From here we were able to visit 8 chateaux within no more than an hour's drive, which was the idea behind the trip, and enjoyed relaxing in the sunshine when the sightseeing had worn us out. “Lovely and very well equipped fire. The pool area is great and secure for children. Kim and Jeremy were extremely welcoming, helpful and very communicative. we stayed with our two very young children and there was plenty of baby equipment (high chair, baby bath, stair gate etc) available. The location is rural but within an easy drive to lots of local amenities and chateaux. Would definitely recommend as a base to explore the area!”

“Place was excellent, great for a cycling trip with work mates. Slight issue when we turned up, but Giles sorted out straight away. Place was great five stars all over. The only thing that was annoying was the flies. Thousands of them. We went out and bought about ten fly strips which when we put up had hundreds of flies on them. Rooms were excellent, massive fire place which was great. Hot water always there and a great swimming pool. It was a bit damp and musky in the downstairs bedrooms.……

“Nous avons été très bien a accueillis par Tiffany qui nous a donner toutes les instructions concernant la maison. Le livret d’accueil fourni en parallèle est idéal ! Tout y est. La maison est top, très joliment décorée. On sent sent bien tout de suite. La piscine et le jaccuzi sont impeccables aussi. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! Merci encore”
