「Hôtel très propre petit déjeuner bon mais cher!! Point très négatif pas de snack ou bouteille d’eau rien si on a faim si on arrive tard, même pas une pomme ou banane pour les enfants! Il devrais avoir un coin supérette ou un distributeur!!! Pas assez de serviette pas de patin ou baignoire!」

「Liked the fact it was next to the Abbey and being able to visit outside of normal hours. The building is beautiful but lacks the facilities one would expect from a 4* hotel. No bar, no fridge, water or tea/coffee making facilities in room. Our TV and in-room telephone did not work and it took them 3 visits to fix it (and it went on the blink again the next day). Car parking is far from the hotel although they pick up your luggage in a golf cart. Noticed a lot of cars parked closer (luxury cars)...

「非常重要：此古堡酒店沒有空調。優秀之處：房間非常漂亮，交通方便適合沒有駕駛執照的旅行者，番茄紀念品店的員工很友善，番茄商品質量很好。但是沒有空調，房間於晚上熱得如同烤箱，即使開窗也沒法散熱。我有呼吸道疾病，因此一直咳嗽。古堡戶外反而更涼。接待處職員提供的一把電風扇也沒有作用。由於鄰近森林，開窗後吸引大量蚊子，我被咬了十多口。6月的房間售價200歐而獲得此體驗，並不舒適。只推薦秋冬時訪問」

「雖然是經濟型的選擇，但管理者非常用心，乾淨程度也遠勝所有同等級的選擇。唯一的小問題是沒有電梯設施，比較不便。但若行李重量不是問題是，是該地區很好的選擇！」

「As always the hotel was great and the staff were so helpful. After travelling all day in 43 degree heat, the air conditioning was a godsend. We were too tired to go out to eat, so we chose some prepared food from the chiller cabinet and it was heated for us, I had a chilli which was tasty and filling in the comfort of aircon, with a cold beer. The staff were so helpful, and the room and bed very comfortable, one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had. Thanks to everyone. A bientôt.」
