No a/c or heater in the room. Good security. Staff was very pleasant. Rooms ending in 8 are directly over the gym and ate are quite noisy if the window is opened .

Every time my family visits Loja this is our hotel of choice. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Warm pool and jacuzzi. State do the art gym and amazing buffer breakfast. Clean and safe!

The hotel itself is very nice and pleasant. The view from the upper rooms is unbeatable and a big plus is the amazing staff and the great food. I had a great stay and wish I was able to stay longer.

An overall quality experience

Staff let us check in early since we got before our ETA and also let us check out late. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean hotel, some nice facilities like a pool, hot tub, steam room, really nice workout room and a beautiful view of the city.

I would stay again. It was a little loud due to an event. Also we had to ask for towels at the pool several times.

There was a loud event that went on all night super loud. We complained and asked for a different room they showed us one that was worse. The hotel was not full and they could have given us a room in the back away from the noise, instead of showing us a worse one.

Overall, I liked the property. There was just one thing that almost soured the experience, I was charged for the room when I checked in, and they pretended to charge me for the room again when I checked out. Since the bill wasn't that high, I could not have noticed it, but I did and produced a credit card stub to demonstrate I had already paid. That was enough, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless.
