"We recently stayed at Stardome Hotel to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. The views are absolutely breathtaking — truly the kind that stay with you long after you leave. Our room was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. What touched us most was the wonderful birthday surprise: a cake and a bottle of champagne. Such a thoughtful gesture made the celebration even more meaningful. Thank you for making this day so special. We can’t wait to return! Keep in mind that the closest town is about 15 minutes away by car on a winding mountainous road. It’s better to buy everything you might need (sunscreen, medications, snacks etc.) in advance. You can buy drinks, including wine and hard liquor in the restaurant, but no shops or pharmacy are available at the vicinity. The territory of the hotel may not be vast, but what it offered goes far beyond size. There is a rare serenity here, the kind that quiets your thoughts and allows you to truly rest."

"We loved our stay at Tierra Viva Machu Picchu. Great communication and extremely helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered at a nice early start in the morning for Machu Picchu departures. Ice cold water, hot water, coffee and tea offered 24Hours. Also, they transport your luggage to the train station for you and have everything waiting for you when you get there which is so helpful. The location is right by the river and you don’t hear the loud train going by. Perfect stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"The rooms were nice and the staff was excellent. They called a taxi for our return to Cusco at a cheap price, it was a very nice taxi as well. The only complaint I have is that a lot of the linens and towels have stains on them. The staff said it was from a hair dye. Overall excellent!"
