"We really enjoyed this little hotel. The rooms are pretty much new. It’s just up from the square. The breakfast was great. They made eggs to order and had a small buffet, including fresh fruit and fresh bread. The property is very clean and again just close to the square or Plaza de Armas and just up the road a couple blocks from the historic ruins the staff was very friendly, including Alvaro"

"This is a lodging experience like no other. Located a 10 minute walk from the town of Ollantaytambo, it’s nestled in a eucalyptus forest alongside the roaring Urubamba River. Very secure, behind stone walls, locked gates and with the adorable, loyal “guard dog” Beethoven . we stayed in the glass pyramid (watch your head climbing in) and kept pinching ourselves in disbelief of where we were! There are plenty of different options including cabins and a treehouse. It’s more like glamping with compost toilets "

"Staff was terrific. Travelers got separated and staff here helped both parties. The one who hiked got caring aid - food, information about other travelers options, offers to help with communication. The one who did not hike got excellent information on how to meet up in another town on the following day. Staff kept in touch after. Food was abundant and delicious."
