「Overall it was great and I would stay again. Short, easy, and safe walk to the pool and waterfront.
Communication could have been better. There were several different phone numbers for communicating and it got confusing. Check in instructions could have been greatly improved by adding that the appartment would be unlocked and keys inside. The person at the condo gate was not helpful and the hotel (for access bracelets) didn't have the information.

「The hotel is good overall. The pool area is outdoors and near the bar. The pool water was a little dirty and could have used cleaning or skimming. The rooms are good. The hot water took a while to get hot. The hotel is located across the highway from Asia itself. 」
