“Gorgeous hotel. Beautifully designed and a little oasis. Lovely charming staff. Rooms are spotless, minimalist and tasteful. We were in one of the bungalows and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was fabulous. The pool was great. Just big enough and a lovely design, warm, sunbeds and umbrellas around it, towels provided. “This is the best place to stay in Kuta Lombok. The suites are very spacious with two separate bathrooms on the two bedroom suite. Everything is modern and brand new. It turned out we were the first guests of our suite. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Full size kitchen with refrigerator, oven, pans, plates and utensils. Filtered water dispenser with a cold/normal/hot options is provided. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay.”

“Modern, comfortable stay. The service was excellent from the restaurant, to cleaners and reception. Reception even went out of their way to purchase a paracetamol for my daughter. My only feedback is to ensure all doors close and open properly before allowing guests to use the room. Although our door to the bathroom did not open properly, it was fixed promptly once we advised staff. Otherwise an excellent place to stay! ”

"Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol."
