“We all (family and friends) really enjoyed our stay. With 4 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room and ‘man cave’ plus a patio and pool, we had plenty of room. Only negative is the only way into the house is via steps which were difficult with my bad knees (66 years old). Great view of Lompoc from living room.”

“This is our 3rd time staying at this property and we enjoyed our stay. The cottage has all the things you need for a short stay. The grounds are lovely with all the lavender plants and the area is quiet, quiet, quiet. Yet so close to SY or Los Olivos for dinner and wine country for winery visits. Hope to return again... In prior visits, there was use of a bocce ball court, but sadly that is no longer the case - we miss that!”

“We had a wonderful stay celebrating a family member's 30th birthday. The house had everything we needed on a rainy weekend - cozy sofa, game room, well-equipped kitchen and incredible views. “We rented this property to celebrate mom's 80th birthday as she wanted to go to Solvang. Weather was not in our favor that weekend but we were able to stay in this home, light a fire, play games, drink wine and relax. It was perfect. The views of the mountains are beautiful. We were able to see them with a dusting of snow! The location of the home is perfect. Easy drive to all the local favorite spots.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the carriage house. The house itself is cute; we had a fenced yard for the dog to enjoy and the area itself felt away from it all without actually being that far away. I don’t usually sleep well away from home but I slept like a baby there. The peace and quiet plus a comfortable bed did the trick. We would definitely go back to enjoy more of the wineries and great restaurants.”
