“Great hotel! Easy to find, close to motorway, plenty parking, modern, spacious, comfortable and very clean. My only complaint is the menu was very limited and there's nothing in the immediate area. An outdoor area for a drink would've been nice too but overall, a good stay.”

“The apartments were fantastic, a real sense of quality, and even with other rooms around you it felt very private. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors. The space itself was excellent with a large living area and a small but useful kitchen area. The accommodation is ideally located for Natura Parc leisure facilities - and whilst they are different organisations it would be good if they had better communication/links……

“In terms of hotel itself, perfect service and environment, also the airport shuttle is also very helpful. But the taxi in Charleroi maybe the worst I see, not metered, always overcharged, you must pay what they said, or no taxi to take. Here is no taxi app in service !!! ”

“The place was a really lovely respite. The room was great and the tea/coffee station was a really beautiful touch. Transport from the airport was not as easy as I would have liked and after some negotiations I managed to get a taxi for 25€ each way. They take cash only. ”
