We have stayed at this Best Western many times and we keep going back. The room is clean with all the amenities we like, fridge & microwave. Parking is great, staff very friendly and the daily breakfast just enough and very good as there is something for everyone. Pool and area is very clean. We have every intention to visit again.

This hotel is convenient to the major highway. It is set back from the main. street, so no traffic noise. Great acommodations!

The room was a bit dated and small but was very clean. We came on a thurs/fri so it was nice and quiet. Breakfadt was great!! I would come again

We stayed for one night as we were off to a funeral the next day. Hotel was quiet and the breakfast was good - lots of variety for any type of appetite!! Will stay here again.

Hotel was very nice, but the night manager was very unprofessional and very aggressive towards some of the parents on our team. Also how does a hotel of this size in a city of this size run out of towels for the pool and for our rooms. Will probably not stay here again

The evening staff wears very polite and courteous. The night staff not so much. The property overall was understaffed. The rooms were not cleaned.

Kids hockey team running up and down halls, slamming doors , screaming throwing things while the parents sat in lobby drinking the night away and no staff at front dest to voice issues with. I understand the excitement of kids sports teams and hotel stays, but thats why i stay away from the pool areas , so the kids have that for themselves, but I am very shocked over the lack of parents supervision of their children, and hotel staff not dealing with this as half the fully booked hotel was not part of this hockey tournament!

i so sorry you had a bad experience with us and that you feel the staff did not deal with the issues it is sometimes very hard to control the teams when they are in the hotel and can be very difficult for the staff we appreciate the feed back

I booked this hotel because of the pool. I paid more to stay there so that we could use the pool. I was not told that pool heater had broken. We went to the factory in london ontario and left early to be able to go swim. If they had told me the pool wasn't good we would have stayed longer at the factory. Instead we came back and it was a waist of our time. So disappointed. Wish they were truthful. Left messages for manager have not heard back from her.

i am sorry you were disappointed with your stay unfortunately we cannot always control when there are mechanical issues sometimes things just break as it happened on a weekend we were unable to have someone come out to fix the issue until Monday

Nothing unique, rather average hotel. Clean towels and sheets, but the pillows too thick and the AC unit extremely noisy. Lots of people noise on hallway all night long, and at about 4 AM it started smelling strongly like bacon and sausages that were prepared for the upcoming breakfast.

The location was convenient to the centre where we attended meetings the day of our departure. We were also able to launch a zoom meeting from the room in the evening, carrying on monthly programs while on the road.
