Sarah at the front desk was wonderful despite the fact that there were a lot of people in line. She was kind, helpful and overall great impression when we arrived. Room was a great surprise. Nice size room, all the amenities we needed. Bed was pretty comfortable too.

The reception area was clean. Near the reception area was a large atrium common area with a pool table. The non-smoking room was clean. In the main room, there was a large couch, full-size refrigerator, TV, microwave, and a dining table set up in a common-area configuration, similar to a dorm room, with two separate bathrooms with showers. It will accommodate up to four separate private bedrooms from the main common area. Each is accessible with a separate key card. Carts were available for transferring luggage. No ice machine, but there was a large laundromat facility. Recycling is available. Parking is located about 300 meters away from the residence.

Clean and the AC worked great . Great value ! We were in London for the weekend swim competition so this was great. The one thing was there was an overpowering disinfectant smell . This is a student residency so I think there was leftover pot smell. It was not that bad but next time I will check the room in advance . Otherwise the lovely lady at the desk was super accommodating and friendly !! Great staff ! Will be back next summer !

The buildings are on the Fanshawe College campus. It’s a nice area with greenspace all around and proper security. The rooms are basic and functional with the 2-4 bedroom suite layouts a big advantage over a hotel. The carpets need replacement. Beds are a bit squishy. No amenities like a gym or restaurant. Still a pleasant stay overall and recommended.

It was nice and clean, but very simple. The website makes it sound like a suite; when in fact it is a college dorm. It was VERY slow to check in.(over an hour!) The towels and sheets were threadbare.
