DO NOT BOOK! We arrived and the property was in bad condition. 2 bathrooms were not in working order with one of the shower headema busted off and laying on the bottom of the bathtub. The lower level bedroom’s bathroom door handle was busted and dangling. There was water all over the bathroom floor leaking from one of the toilets. There was no TP, soap or towels. There was an alarm going off in one of the bedrooms. We couldn’t get in touch with the owner in a timely manner to check in or remedy the issues. We waited to see if the owner would tend to the issues and we received a few texts that someone was on their way (it took hours and she only dropped towels and a few soaps - no one came to fix the bathrooms). We ended up leaving the same day we arrived and having to book a hotel due to the state of everything (not a great way to start a vacation). We were HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTED. The property is billed as a luxury property and priced that way, but it is absolutely not. This is not a place you should book. We are still waiting for a refund and have had ZERO responses to our communications from the owner. BEWARE — DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!
