11am. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, depending on availability and prior
agreement. Please inform us in advance if you require either. Paid parking is available off-site,
please request and we will confirm availability before your arrival. Your registration number will
be required to book the daily permit. This is a non-smoking property; smoking is not permitted
inside. Pets are not allowed. Please be considerate of noise levels, especially in the evenings to
respect our neighbours. Parties are not permitted. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use
and we kindly ask that you clean up after yourselves. Please air the house to keep it fresh and
free from moisture build-up by leaving the upstairs corridor window open for at least ten
minutes per day and the opposite bathroom door open. Linens and towels are provided. For
