Newly built Vermont secluded cabin retreat with AC and brand new Hot Tub!!!

Summit view cottage boasts 3.12 acres in the beautiful southern part of the green mountains. At this brand newly built cabin you will have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, which will sleep 6 comfortably. You will find yourself within 12 minutes to Stratton mtn, 15 minutes from Bromley mtn and a close 4 minutes to Magic mtn. You will also be pleased on your proximity to the town of Manchester, which has great shops and restaurants all within 25 minutes.

Please be mindful of our driveway, it is highly recommended that you use a 4x4 car or truck in the winter months. Our driveway has an incline and in wintery conditions, you'll need AWD/4WD to access the cabin.

You’ll be delighted to be at the brand new constructed cabin with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed with the bathroom located right outside the bedroom door. The upstairs has two bedrooms with full beds as well as a full bathroom out side of the bedroom doors. We have thoughtfully decorated throughout the home, with attention to the smallest details. In the winter months you will enjoy our wood burning stove that will instantly create a cozy environment! We provide free unlimited fire wood as well! We also have a outdoor fire pit for all year use!

3.12 private acres in the green mountains! Great hiking trails below the cabin ending at the beautiful west river (5–8-minute downhill hike on property).

With all new stainless steel appliances, Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make a good home cooked meal.

We have two smart TV's located in the cabin. One 55 inch in the living room and the other (42 inch) in the main bedroom on first floor. Both are smart tvs with access to all the streaming apps. We will also offer sling tv service !

Easy self check-in with key code entry to the cabin with the smart lock.
