"Staff was rude and acted short when she was checking us in. After we entered the room house keeping barged into the room without knocking and items were left in the fridge from prior occupant. Tv was contantly loading."

"This was the first time I’ve seen a janky Doubletree. The room was nice at first glance, but rusty around the edges, showing age, half-a$$ maintence practices, like missing drywayy around a wall outlet, looked like a ghetto landlord special. On the upside, staff persons were pleasant and the famous cookie was wonderful and didn’t disappoint. (That cookie is why I chose Doubletree out of the may options. This is the first time the cookie led me to a rundown-looking hotel.)"

"The neighbors were too loud in their room, number 3135. I lost so much sleep and didn't feel comfortable whatsoever. There were about 6 or so people in there partying from 1am-5am. All I could hear last night was loud music, inappropriate conversations from sexual behaviors and arguments/drama. I called the front desk around 5 a.m. to complain about their behavior and they said they will send someone to talk to them. Before checking out they were still loud which was 7:15 a.m. I talked to the guy at the front desk and asked why the problem wasn't resolved and he told me that there wasn't enough staff. I personally didn't feel safe after hearing that because that whole night there was a wedding in the hotel. And if there was only one person working at the front desk at the hotel that's a big security breach. especially with over 70+ people in that wedding. The parking lot was filled by guests and there was nowhere to park for people who stayed at the hotel. Beer bottles of glass were shattered in the back parking lot. My husband works Monday-Saturday and he didn't have any rest either. This hotel clearly doesn't care about one's well being and safety. "

"Worst experience!!! We reserved a room with 2 Beds for 4 persons, and they put us in a 1 bed room because of overlooking. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sink clogged. After talking to another front desk (new shift) she was able to split us to 2 rooms; 1 with clogged sink."
