50th anniversary reunion

We had the whole bunch of us and we had a blast! All the cousins (who don't see each other often), mixed and mingled over all the fun games and outdoor toys, we spent hours on the beach even though it was chilly, flew kites, had basketball tournaments, pool tournaments, a bit of Olympics watching, delicious meals, volleyball games, and good sleeps on comfortable beds!

Great place for a large family gathering.

Location is A+ Interior clean and well appointed with nice pieces. Kitchen well stocked with anything and everything. Plenty of fridge space. Bedrooms have views to die for. The kids (and parents) loved the game room and upstairs kids sleeping area. Great rental for a large family gathering Firepit good for evening. Back porch could use some bins or shelving for organization of clam guns, chairs, beach toys, etc vs stuff being stacked in the corner. The iron backyard chairs are badly rusted and need replaced. Hot tub was 80 upon arrival; took overnight to get to 104. It should be ready for arrivals.

We had everything we needed! Kitchens set up perfectly. Plenty of places to hang out inside and out. Easy walk to the beach for a 90 year old and with babies in packs. Bedding, pillows, towels were all great! We were checked on and all was easy peasy. Highly recommend!

Great house for a group

We had a great time. Nice house. Bloomers Estates was wonderful as a property management company. Only downside is the gravel road and neighbor at the beginning of the road.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the main house and the guest house. The game room and the dorm for the kids was so perfect! They played almost the entire time. The kitchen in the main house was fun to cook in! We ate several meals in the fancy dining room. All of the stained glass windows were stunning. We are considering making this an annual trip, for sure.

Each house has plenty of cooking essentials for all your meals and cooking needs. Each house has a pool table and Ping pong table. The room above the game room is perfect for kids. The views from the 2nds story are amazing! The extra's the homes have for entertaining guests is refreshing, as I have stayed in many VRBO's for company events. The TV's are all new and the instruction for the Roko is easy for each TV. The Knole house and guest house come with everything you need for a good time. You just need to bring your friends or family!

Short walk to the beach. All the amenities you can think of in the kitchen AND, big fluffy bath towels! First class all the way!
