Hi Zachary, we do appreciate the feedback but always disappointed we have anything less than a five star rating. The owner has added tons of amenities (pool table, ping pong table, foosball, outdoor frisbee golf etc) and will be working on the "edges" to spruce up the house over the Fall and Winter months. Hi Susan, thanks so much for your review. Surfview 2 has 5 bedrooms and is kid and pet friendly. In the off-season I will be repainting the interior, finishing all oak panel flooring as well as some more updates. The house was built for fun, but that also means regular updates to keep it great. Hello Michael, thank you so much for taking the time to review Surfview 2. It is about a 3 minute walk in the dunes to the ocean. The house is as close to the beach as legally allowed. For future renters, be sure to look at the maps on our website to see the exact location of every home. You will see there are very few homes that are closer to the ocean than SV2, due to state and local regulations. However, if a walk in the dunes is too long, the closest approach is just 1/4 mile (Cranberry Road, the very next street to the south of Surview 2). We do appreciate the maintenance issues and are on top of it! We have removed the coffee table, taken off the door spring, and will start painting as soon as the summer rush is over.
