「Very nice stay! Close to the beach!! The room was wonderful and very well maintained! We had no issues at all, the only thing we noticed was the water pressure wasn’t super strong but wasn’t an issue for us at all. Check in was super easy, as you are given a code for the door right when it’s your check in time. Air conditioning worked very well and the room was beautifully renovated and decorated. Will definitely consider staying here again!」

「Very nice accommodations, clean & comfortable! There were No signs of pets or smoking. I'm allergic to both animals & smoke. Sometimes these rentals state pet free/smoke free but then are clearly Not!! But as I said No signs of either here! All the essentials was there. Very nice clean rental. Highly recommend!! Thank You for an Awesome stay. : )」

「The setting was great right on the Carolina Beach Boardwalk but not so close that there were random people wandering through. Room was cozy for 2 people.」

「This was just a terrible experience - an an expensive one. First, there was no parking since it was Saturday night line dancing next door and all parking spots were taken. Then, there were no key cards for the rooms - they "ran out." The door was opened manually by the receptionist who promised to bring one "later" which never happened - no apology, no offer for any discount, nothing. We couldn't leave the room until vacating the room the next morning - the earliest possible. The room itself: a...

「Last minute booking and usually do not stay at beach inns. Check in was frustrating due to lecture on parking which can be scarce. Noise level Saturday night was excessive and walls must be paper thin. My wife had a couple of things missing and I can't recall when we have had any concerns about items at risk of being taken. The facility is very clean and the location is great.」

「A wonderful place to stay when visiting Wilmington」

「The view was as depicted in the photos, and showed a small amount of the beach sand due to the dunes. But, that was expected for the first floor unit. The property only has two levels, so you need an upper level (2nd level) unit to see the water from the deck. Close enough to hear the waves crashing in though. Still had a beautiful sunrise with the dunes and skyline.」
