“The room was very clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfy. The fireplace gave it a very warm and cozy feeling. ”

“Friendly staff especially the breakfast room attendant. Hotel well maintained. Walking distance to almost anything. Only word of caution is this is a VERY pet friendly hotel. They tend to put those traveling with pets on the right side of the first floor. Can you guess where we stayed? Had to sleep with window open all night. Very heavy pet smell. We own a dog but this was a bit much. Next time we are back, we will request a room anywhere else.”

“Owner/host gave us tour and recommendations for dinner that were close by. Historic building that has been lovingly restored and includes modern amenities and bathrooms. Has a lot of extra touches like cookies and coffee in entry, bathrobes, room darkening shades, great breakfast.”

“Clean room and close to the beach, an easy walk down the block to get to the beach. The room is small, but has everything you need. The staff were helpful with information and kind. Parking was convenient. Dog friendly, too! ”
