"Great place to stay - quiet, clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and a safe. Good location but far enough away from the busy streets around the Old Quarter. All the staff were very friendly and helped me with booking my trip to Halong Bay. Would definitely recommend."
"Absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were super kind and friendly. It is within walking distance to the old town but I would say it is nicer to stay in the old town itself. "
"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room looked just like in the pictures and we received a very warm welcome by Tommy, the hotel manager.
The location of the hotel is great for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi, it’s close to a bus stop to/from the airport and you can reach destinations like the Water Puppet Theater and Hoan Kiem lake by foot."
"This hotel was great! The staff are SO friendly and helpful. They made the stay just wonderful. The breakfast had lots of options and the beds were very comfortable! Would totally stay here again. "
"In a good position, very busy area, plenty of places to eat.
The room was a little small for 3 adults, only there for 4 nights so made the best of it. Breakfast could have been a little better as well.
But all in all really enjoyed it"
"Very convenient location in the old quarter. Clean, comfortable with great service from the cleaners, reception desk and doormen. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Great rooftop pool and spa (massage) was excellent and very well priced. Highly recommend this Hotel. "
"The owner was very friendly. It reminded of Midwest hospitality and the rooms were basic but clean! I really appreciated how the owner was always asking if anything was needed etc. Felt very welcoming and the location was especially for tours."

"Overall good value for money. The hotel is clean, the rooms adequate, pressure in the shower was good and the breakfast was satisfactory. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience."
"This is my 2nd night at this hotel after a trip to the NorthWest of Vietnam. I was upgraded to a nice room with a large balcony. Large bed, firm mattress, small fridge, clean, nice, and well designed bathroom, good WiFi, tv (I can't use it to watch YouTube though), elevator free storage of luggage when I was traveling to the NortWest that I appreciate very much, free breakfast with basic food and drink. The staff even offered to let my room key inside to keep the room cool when I was out as the outside is pretty hot and humid. The only downside is that the electrical oitlers are hidden by the furniture. "
"Hotel was great! Oasis in the middle of a very bustling, crazy and tough city! Room was great, pool was good. But all in the city so everything was a bit small (I'm 6"4 and was with my family...maybe we were too big : )... Really liked Sophie, she saw to all of our needs, but all of the staff were great and keen to help!"
"The hotel is very attractive inside, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Some staff were happy to just sit and chat with us casually during their slow times."
"Staff very friendly and kind always willing to help you out. Hotel location very convenient and felt safe at all times . Super recommended hotel i will come back without a doubt . "
