「I realize that things need maintenace from time to time. however if someone books a stay it should be noted that some of the amenities are down for maintenance. The pool and hot tub are big items that draw people to the facility. The maintenance should only take a day, not the whole weekend! The WiFi was horrible at best. I was better off using my phone! Thebeds and pillows were not what I'd expect from a highly rated hotel!! The carpet in the hallways looked as if it needed replacing years...

「Wow, wish we stayed sooner. We are from NJ and visit Asbury very frequently. Stepping into this hotel and pool deck made us feel like we were in Miami or a resort abroad. The service is impeccable and everything is done incredible well. We’ll be back!」

「Superior room was very nice, clean and nice bedding. One VERY DANGERIOUS item was the shower inside the bathtub. Bathtub bottom was very slippery. No rough surface or tub mat. As seniors we were so concerned that we didn’t shower second day. Grab bar was on opposite wall and difficult to reach safely. Breakfast was not looking great and expensive. We found a great diner 10 minutes away. Not a great value for price paid. Nice looking and room very nice but improvements can be made」

「The area was safe and fun to walk around. The Inn was unique, clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great. the customer service was excellent -cordial and helpful. 」

「Had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes for the room because of a “housekeeping incident,” coffee was not ready in the morning, then there was no milk when coffee was ready. Key malfunctioned and could not get into the room at midnight, and despite a res for four people there were two towels. Needs work. 」

「The staff was incredible; usually I am a very low maintenance guest but on my trip I got sick and needed a few extra things which the staff graciously assisted with. There was a large wedding party staying there as well and everything was handled so smoothly. Thank you!!!!」

「The room was dirty, sheets were stained, shower water never got hot or even warm. There were scuff marks all over the floor and walls. There was a splatter of something on the wall.」

「The location was perfect. A ½ block from beach. A clean area to walk on the boardwalk. Was off season so nice and empty. The rooms were updated nicely and very clean. The communication with the hotel host liaison, Bernadette, was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and filling, prepared to our specifications. It’s a quaint small establishment but a perfect getaway for the weekend. Would highly recommend!」
