「My remote control for the tv was disgustingly dirty. I literally took a wet washcloth from the bathroom and cleaned it. Even after that the remote was still “sticky”. Instant turnoff from the place. Would I go back, probably not.」

They did not send me the code or check in information until a half hour before I arrived; I had to call several times. When I did get in the room, no one had cleaned it. I brought my suitcase to the room.Changed real quick and went to visit a friend for dinner and came back to the room at 945. 「check in process was easy, room appeared clean; however, the bed blanket had a hole in it, and there were candy wrappers still scattered throughout the room. The hotel faintly smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking hotel. If you are particular about pillows, bring your own! Our air-conditioning didn’t work, but after we informed the front desk staff, they made arrangements to have it fixed while we were out for the day since it was a multi night stay. 「Liz, Ashley and the entire staff at The Inn were excellent and made us feel so comfortable and welcome! Breakfast was delicious and we could have asked for a better stay. Upon waking up to a plumbing issue, Ashley and her staff were right on it and even moved us to a suite to complete our stay. We will definitely be staying here again and this Inn and the Marilyn, their sister property, will always be our first choice!」
