Great Location with Oceanfront View – But a Bit Dated I stayed in an oceanfront room with two queen beds and really enjoyed the beautiful view. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. The hotel has nice amenities including two large pools (one indoor, one outdoor), two jacuzzis, a relaxing spa, and a good restaurant on site. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beachfront area is very nice, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available for guests. However, the hotel is definitely showing its age and could use some renovation. The elevators are very small and a bit slow, and the overall decor feels a little outdated. Still, it’s a great spot if you're looking to be right on the beach with good amenities and friendly service.

We love everything about this hotel - especially its beach! - except for the restaurant. They need to put some serious thought into improving their restaurant so guests don't have to always go out for a good meal. On the plus side there are many excellent restaurants within walking distance. We're from Manhattan and we also appreciate that the NJ train station is walkable from the hotel.

We loved everything ! There was a large group there and even with the large group it was quiet. It was holiday weekend and what we did NOT appreciate was the vagabonds vaping in the indoor pool. Otherwise it was very nice. Outdoor pool they need to tell people that it’s ok for families to step away and go down to restaurant and eat and come back 45 min later without touching peoples stuff . Stop feeling entitled to touch peoples stuff ESPECIALLY if you see they have their clothes and shoes there. THAT is a problem.

The property was nice and staff was great. The air condition at the hotel was broken. So the hotel was hot. Our room the first night had AC. But the second night we did not and all of the hotel was hot. Our safe was broken and nobody came to fix it. We asked a few times but nobody came. The beach was beautiful and had a private beach plus security which was nice. The Resturant staff was excellent/friendly and breakfast was good. We paid over $600. a night so for that price I would not go back there. The room was ok but staff kept it clean. Our view of ocean was nice to have and relaxing. We got charge a 3rd night and the hotel gave my husband a run around to refund it. We had to put a stop payment on our credit card and finally they took it off.

Walls between rooms are pretty thin. Shower is amazing- pressure is great. In room fridge and closet room is great. Beds / pillows are comfy. Balconies are an afterthought lacking room to do anything other than stand. Grounds and common areas are clean and well kept. Private beach area is first class but lacks bar service. Tiki bar is great but takes a 20 minutes to order a drink. Restaurants are good, eggs Benedict is amazing for breakfast, breakfast buffet is not worth it, selection a step above continental at best. Hope this helps…

This Hotel had everything we needed: Ocean and the beach, outdoor and indoor pool and a bar, restaurant. Beautifull grounds. Parking is very convenient. Hotel is close to everything that Long Branch has to offer.

Very poor service when arriving with pet. Had to wait almost 2 hours for my room to be finished. Then the room was old and run down for the price. I was told on the property that I would be charged an additional 150 for my pet which was not told to me from the beginning. I left early and was not happy with the place. Would love to get some of my money back.
