"The hotel itself was great. The staff was super helpful and the room was very clean and well maintained. The room was also positively huge compared to hotels we’ve stayed in in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The free breakfast was tasty and there were plenty of choices. The area is very industrial and there is not a subway station close by, but the hotel offers a free shuttle to the nearest station. There is not much within walking distance except a deli about a block away where we picked up some water and soda, but there were not a lot of the dining options nearby."

"Outside staff was rude, non verbal , older guy , he needed to smoke his cigarette first before helping me on valet parking, rude and like we were in his way of smoking his cigarette , and decided not to valet park there no more. I dont care for rude people especially if im paying."
