"We had a wonderful stay at Shipwreck. Our family of 6 (including kids and a senior citizen) were comfortable and had everything we needed. The check in process was efficient and Kay was there to greet us ( even after we were delayed). Jack was amazing at giving us all the information about Exuma along with some great recommendations. The kids loved that we had our own private beach access and the views can’t be beat. Beds were clean and comfortable. Few minor updates in the kitchen area and this place will be a gem!! Overall we had a great trip and look forward to returning to one of Jack’s properties."
Peace and Plenty Resort

"Oh my goodness, where to start! Everything is on "island time". Which was perfectly fine for myself and my husband. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Peace and Plenty. Our room was lovely, #125 with a water view thst was truly spectacular to wake up to each morning. Rooms were very clean with daily maid services whether requested or not. In room Keurig coffee maker, Green Mountain coffee, in room refrigerator and microwave and safe for valuables. There was also blow dryer and steamer for clothing. Any requests were answered promptly and with kindness. My husband had some hip issues on this trip and is older and the hotel staff, restaurant staff and boat captains went way above and beyond. Andy, who works primarily on Stocking Island, Mo, one of the bartenders at the main hotel, and Wente were simply amazing. Superb customer service. Shawn was our boat captain back and forth to Stocking Island many times and also went above snd beyond to help us with our mobility issues. The restaurant Copia was wonderful for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel staff arranged dinner reservations for us at 23 North and Blu on the Water. We enjoyed Blu on the Water a little more than 23 North, but both are worthy of a visit. The 7 Beaches tour booked through Exuma Water Sports is worth every single cent spent. Highly recommend 👌 I will definitely be booking Peace and Plenty in the future and recommending to our friends. We made many new friends & enjoyed the intimate charm of Exuma"

"The property and home were exactly as pictured and described. There was so much to do at the house with the pool, dock, kayaks and paddle boards, huge screened in porch, and beachfront for our family with 2 teenagers. Communication prior to our trip, as well as while we were there, was very attentive and helpful regarding the home, activities and restaurants on the island, making sure we’re were happy with our stay. They were even able to have the house stocked with all of our groceries and drinks the day of our arrival.If we are able to come back to vacation in beautiful Exuma (which I hope we do) we would absolutely stay at Jack’s Island House again!"

A Slice Of Tropical Paradise

"This truly is a slice of paradise! This was our first trip to Exuma to celebrate our 25th anniversary. This home is perfectly placed, stocked and cleaned!When I first booked, I reached out to the host to add a day, no issue! Then halfway through our stay, my husband and I found a way to stay one more day, contacted host again, not an issue! This place is laid out nicely if you like to cook dinner while hanging out watching movies. The 2 bedrooms are perfectly split by the bathroom. The closets have extra linens, towels, and ALL the beach gear you'd need. Chairs, floaties, beach towels. A lot of thought has been put into this home for you to enjoy your time! Read their log book! So much great info, I'm not kidding! Literally everything you need to know! We got up early to watch the sunrise, went throughout the island to visit other beaches and almost every night watched the sunset. It's really neat spot to be able to catch both. Let me tell you this: You are going to fall in love. You are going to try and figure out a way to live on this island forever. You are going to love the beaches, the people, the food, the drinks and find yourself trying to figure out how you can find conch salad back in your boring state. I joke, but this is truly a magical spot and if I'm ever so lucky enough to make it back, I want to stay at this exact spot."

"We were met by the Kay and she had stocked our refrigerator with all the things requested. The house was the perfect size for our family of four. The access to the beach was wonderful and we took advantage of the kayaks provided as well. Jack was great at answering all of my questions….and trust me I had a lot. He gave great suggestions and resources to help the trip to so smoothly! It is truly a piece of paradise and I would definitely stay there again!!"
