"Had two rooms under my name. One room was for two nights and the other was for one night. I had to pay for a second night on the single night room because they couldn't understand that I was staying a second night and the other room had left. They called me twice for payment while I was in the middle of getting ready for a wedding for payment. I reluctantly paid it to avoid the extra stress. Figured I would sort it out that night or next morning. Wouldn't you know that a manager wouldn't show up until hours after I had to check out and head home. Now they claim that both rooms were being used both nights. They definitely were not. Now I am out $158.00 with a sorry for the confusion. "

"Everything was great and everyone in my group of 7 was happy and said they would stay here again. It was very clean and well furnished with plenty of seating room. There were several places where you could sit down and eat and the home was very pleasing to the eye with all the recent upgrades. The outside of the property was well maintained and very pretty with an excellent view of the lake. There were plenty of places to sit and the parking was plentiful. The owners of the property were a joy to work with and even allowed us to check in early which is unheard of these days. The only bad thing I would say is that the water pressure was on the low side so it took a little bit longer to take a shower than normal. Again, I would stay here again in a minute "

"Lady at front desk was nice. The King size room with jacuzzi was nice a few minor issues like bathroom light cover cracked and tub plug not working properly. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool was disgusting (black in color and cover off) and the outside made us want to turn around and not go in, glad I did though. It needed lots of clean up outside."

"Immediately had to ask for new pillows and washcloths because they were stained. And I mean nasty. Nothing was clean. Sink didn’t work. AC didnt work (HOT AS HECK). Breakfast closed before 9am and housekeeping knocking on your door before 9am too. One elevator that sounded like it was about to snap. Don’t stay here. Please."

"This is a humble lake house that worked well for us during Trine graduation weekend. Unfortunately, the weather was quite cold so we couldn't enjoy the outdoors by the water. The bay widows were a wonderful way to enjoy the water view with a lot of light in the room. The bed mattresses are older, and I feel like it's important to know that up front. Also, there were no oven mitts or dish soap, so we had to improvise. The hosts did take care of all the dirty dishes due to the lack of dishwasher, and that was appreciated."
