"We had a great time staying in Currawong Cottage. Lovely surroundings, very close to Selwyn Snow Fields and even my children enjoyed the local dog "Max" playing ball with them. Happy to stay again but a small suggestion that the bedrooms may need some heaters to warm the rooms as the heat from the fire place just didn't reach and were very cold at night."

There was no apology, no refund, and no attempt to make things right.We were left stranded outside in 0-degree temperatures with a young family and no alternative accommodation. I called the emergency number over 40 times, left countless voicemails and text messages, and received no response—not that night, not even the next morning. I had to chase them down myself, which is appalling.This wasn’t just poor service—it was irresponsible, unsafe, and dangerous. Leaving people in freezing conditions without shelter is completely inexcusable. No family should ever be treated this way."
