Emerald Lakes Vacation Home is located in a Private Community in Pocono Mts. All are welcome to enjoy this beautiful, 6 bedrooms (1 king, 4 queen, 2 full, 1 single and one Futon chair bed), 2.5 bathrooms, 2 floors, non-smoking, lakefront house, full kitchen, gas fireplace, 2 Smart TV's (no cable, you would have to use your own Netflix, Hulu account), pool table.
Fireworks, speeding and loud music are prohibited. We require 3-4 nights minimum for holidays. There is NO check in or check out on Saturdays or holidays, please inquire before booking.
The house is a perfect haven for family and friends who want to get away from it all, with the comfort of a home. All tableware and cookware are provided, amenities include dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. The house features deck overlooking the lake with a BBQ grill (propane- provided), screened in porch, fire pit (it is not shoveled during the winter, firewood is not provided but available to purchase at the property, $80) and private dock.
The house is located minutes from the Mt Airy Casino (9 miles), Pocono Raceway – Pocono Nascar 500 (8 miles), Camelback, Camelbeach Water Park and ski area: Bushkill Falls, Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Water Gap (18 miles), a short ride to malls (the Premium Outlet or along Route 611), movies, Walmart, restaurants, horseback riding, Alvins Offroad Playground (ATV rentals) and paintball.
Boat from the private dock. Guests have access to a boat, and 2 single kayaks and life vests-must be worn at all times. The Lake - "Deer Pond" is non-motor boat (3 acres). You can swim at lake at your own risk. All guests must wear vests (provided). There are rocks and plants on the bottom. Fishing is allowed. Catch and release. You need to buy PA fishing license first (you can get it at Walmart in Mt. Pocono on 940 Route) and then permit at the office (you can purchase in advance, ask me for phone number, 15$ per person). Kids under 16 are for free. Community office is open from Monday thru Saturday 10-4pm.
We encourage you to enjoy the community amenities; pools, lakes and sports courts. The tennis court and outdoor swimming pool is right down the street. Community beach with a playground, Island Park, is about 10 minutes away walking distance. Other attractions provided by Emerald Lakes Community such as basketball court, indoor pool (it is usually open on Mondays, Wednesdays and weekends), Main Beach are minutes away by car. Pool and beach towels are not provided. You must bring your own. All amenities are requiring community passes.
Outdoor pool is 5 min walking. Outdoor pool is usually open from Memorial Day to one week before Labor Day Weekend, from 11am to 7pm. Please double check with me before booking.

*The pool will CLOSED Monday - Friday beginning Aug 26th.
Emerald Lakes charges guests for use of all of their amenities (lakes, pools, courts, etc):

If any amenity (indoor pool, outdoor pool, trash compactor, tennis courts, etc.) is NOT ACCESSIBLE due to weather conditions, high level of bacteria, pandemic, maintenance, burn ban, emergency repairs or any other circumstance “Homeowner” should not be held liable for lack of usage of above mentioned amenities and will not refund any money.

Other things to note
THIS is not a PARTY HOUSE. Minimum AGE Limit for all Renters – 26 years old (except families traveling with their kids). No proms please. The person that is on a rental agreement, must be present at all time. You can have 16 people max (adults and kids). Your reservation will be canceled without a refund. You must sign rental agreement and registration form for the Community at least 3-4 business days before the arrival. Full adults’ names are required.
There is minimum of 3-4 nights for holidays and weekdays, ask me before booking. Please note that I require to book the whole holiday weekend. There is NO check in or check out on Saturdays or holidays. There is 2 nights minimum for weekend and 3 nights for weekdays. If you want to book 6 months in advance, please ask before booking.
Laundry room is available for 4+ night’s stay. Laundry detergent is not provided. Please note that we are on septic system. Please flush ONLY toilet paper. You will need to wait for hot water after few showers. Please do not drive/park on the grass, especially on a septic hill. Your reservation will be canceled without the refund.
Property fee includes: cleaning, garbage removal, bedding, 16 bath towels, registration fee.
Fridge doesn’t make an ice or water.
No smoking or vaping inside the house.
Guests will get the access code for the lock box one day before the arrival. Some doors are locked. I keep my stuff there. Please do not open them.
PET POLICY:
Pet fee $100. No puppies. No cats. Pet cannot be left alone. Dog under 20 pounds can reside in your room but must not be left alone. You must clean up after your dog. Dog must be leashed. You must have control of your pets at all times. You should be able to provide proof of your pet’s vaccination. You are financially responsible for any damage your pet cause.
Breed restrictions: American Staffordshire Terriers (Pit Bulls), Rottweilers, German Shepard, Huskies, Mastiffs, and Doberman Pinschers. Pet fee $100.
