「It was a wonderful place to stay. Very well equipped, and stocked, great bikes to ride, beautiful neighborhood, cool doorbell ( grandson's input). We really enjoyed being there!」

「This was a well organized home! The layout provided community space, a fully stocked kitchen, a powder rooms on the main floor. The bedrooms were built to have no shared walls to improve the privacy factor. The beds were comfortable and even the smallest room had plenty of space. The neighborhood was very quiet! This home felt new and very clean. This is a great option for a family or small group.」

「Cute house only 15 minute walk to downtown area with plenty of eating options and shops. About a 45 min drive to Ft Collins where we visited our CSU student. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of one another. All amenities we needed were present- coffee maker (coffee!), hairdryer, board games. Alex was excellent at communicating and accommodating our needs.」

「My family had a wonderful visit to the Boulder Farm Arcade. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. When we were at the house, we spent most of our time on the large front porch, which offers amazing views. The farm is conveniently located close to downtown Boulder and numerous parks and hiking trails. The beds were quite comfy. The kitchen provides the basic needs to prepare simple meals. The stairs to the lower level are rather steep and narrow. My group did not have a problem with it,...

We were out during the day most days, so didn’t get to enjoy time at the house as much as we’d hoped, but we did gather in the sun room and the family room, which were great spots to congregate. Amenities and supplies more than met our needs.We wholeheartedly recommend the home and the hosts!」
