「Suzy was an excellent host! She was very kind and accommodating to our special needs. The guest house is really nicely done! Perfect for our small family and my disabled husband. It exceeded our expectations based on previous experiences with other VRBOS. It’s pretty centrally located too, which was nice. It’s only a 13 minute drive to the Orlando-Sanford airport. 「The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up....

「Donna was awesome with communicating in a prompt manner, especially when we were trying to find a place that would allow our two dogs. We were thoroughly surprised by the Mr. Dora area! "The only positives of this hotel are its convenient location and low price — unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room itself had multiple issues: stained pillows, a leaking refrigerator, and a noticeable musty smell throughout the room. However, the most unacceptable part of the stay was the housekeeping service. During room cleaning, the staff knocked over everything that was placed on the countertop, left the mess as it was, and failed to collect the trash altogether. This showed a clear lack of care and professionalism. While this hotel may appeal to budget travelers looking only for location, the poor room condition and especially the careless housekeeping made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not choose to stay here again."
