"My family and I stayed at Hotel Indigo Chattanooga Downtown from October 30th to November 1st, 2025, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Whether it was answering our questions, offering great local recommendations, or just greeting us with a genuine smile every time we passed through the lobby, he truly made our stay stand out. The valet team was also fantastic — always quick, courteous, and upbeat. It really made coming and going a breeze, especially with kids in tow. The hotel itself is beautiful and spotless, with a stylish modern feel and plenty of cozy touches. The location can’t be beat — walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and the riverfront.
