「The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a room that faced Lookout Mountain. They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. That being said, due to the location, the parking lot has a great view of lookout mountain. It was funny how everyone just arrived and would stand out in the parking lot to enjoy the view. 「Hotel pictures show a newer hotel. This hotel is either a bad remodel or older. Our beds were not very comfortable and had a spring sound. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall after we pulled towels off it. Room was mostly clean but elevators seemed very dirty. Pool was out of service. Breakfast was ok but limited. Not worth money they charge to stay. Front desk was not very friendly at night shift but day shift was friendly and attentive. Probably would not stay again for the price.」

「Moved from one room due to the Tv not working to another room that smelled like mold and the carpet was soaked. We had to lay towels down to walk. We didn’t ask to change again because it was so late and the children were ready for bed. Very nice staff, just not the greatest situation.」

「Overall the hotel was ok except on one side of the bed - the carpet was Luke folded over with the tacks sticking up. We had to make sure to stay away from the wall - maybe new / newer carpet that wasn’t trimmed down. We were on the 2nd floor.」

「The hotel has a good location for business people and is fairly close to the convention center. The only thing I can complain about is the noise. The room AC was noisy and the hotel is on a hill, for truck traffic was very noticeable since the room faced the road. Also, be advised that they charge for parking ($14 per day).」
