"The room while a shade small was very comfortable with a great in bath shower. Lovely lotions and potions mounted on the wall and full at all times. Good stock of towels. The hotel itself is well run very spacious. The pools have sea water which is a wonderful addition. My only criticism would be the buffet. Next time I come I will bring the chefs a canister of salt and pepper! Every item was made to look perfect but almost everything on the evening buffet was tasteless. Pity, as the offering is very generous and a great variety. For example, each evening risotto was offered, it looked great but seemed like rice boiled in plain unsalted water. Staff at all times were very polite and professional and very well presented. The addition of recycled footwear is a unique approach. Bravo Check in was swift and efficient and we were assigned 601. Lovely quiet room at the end of a corridor. The sea views are amazing. I had to google if we could drink the water from the taps. A small note to say this would have been appreciated as no bottled water was provided. Also an undersell in relation to the spa. No information was given. A big shout to to Fernando that served us at breakfast. He was very courteous and professional! Thank you to the team for a really lovely stay. I look forward to returning."

"We were very pleased with this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, the cafe bar served good food and drinks, with live music on some evenings which was great. The pool area was a perfect place to relax (towels are provided) and our room was spacious. The hotel is in a quieter part of Lapad which suited us perfectly and was easy to walk out from. We slept well and had a nice view of the garden from our opening window. Housekeeping was very conscientious. The free bottle of water provided at the start of our trip was much appreciated, as were the tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. If you like a powerful hairdryer, you may wish to take your own but I otherwise can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. We would certainly go back to this lovely place. Thank you."

"L’hôtel inclus une belle piscine panoramique avec vue sur la mer ainsi que le coucher du soleil (qui est magnifique). L’hôtel est comme un mini « resort » avec une cantine, deux plages : une pour les clients de l’hôtel et l’autre publique. La plage privée inclus un bar mais nous étions hors saison donc ce n’était pas aménagé. Il y a aussi un restaurant pour ceux qui prennent la formule tout-inclus. La vue du restaurant est magnifique. Il y a aussi une très petite salle de gym, un salon de coiffure et un très petit dépanneur. Chose à savoir : vous êtes à mi-chemin entre Dubrovnik et Cavtat (15 minutes environ) et si vous n’avez pas de voiture, l’arrêt d’autobus se trouve tout en haut à une vingtaine de minutes de marches. Pour y aller nous avons donc décider de prendre des uber (prévoyez environ 15$). Aussi, si vous avez des problème de mobilité, demande une chambre avec le moins d’escaliers possible. Tous les immeubles sont munis d’au moins une série d’escaliers. Si vous êtes en fauteuil roulant, l’hôtel n’est pas accessible. Les chambres/appartements sont un peu vieillot mais TRÈS confortable et très propre. Le wi-fi est gratuit mais disponible seulement à la réception."

"The over management of the elevators ie not allowing a guest to go to a floor other than their own was bizarre and over the top. Incredible breakfast buffet. Coffee so so. The rooms with the balcony view were nice. Wall thin as we could hear our Neighbors. Hallways a bit claustrophobic w very low ceiling. For serious lap swimmers, the largest pool over seen at a hotel ( 30 m). Access to the sea. Front desk staff pleasant. We were there in late April to before the summer crowds."
